The product of ARMIN PLASTIC SABZ is 2- pieces plastic closures for carbonated beverages, model AF2- PN with food grade liner under FULLY TOP, France license and it is introduced as the first holder of the production license from Health Ministry in IRAN.

By using % 100 foreign raw materials and the most modern closure making machinery, ARMIN PLASTIC SABZ is recognized as the sole producer of plastic closures for carbonated beverages, model AF2- PN under FULLY TOP, France license in IRAN and presents its products to the market.

THE CLOSURE PARTS

After application of the closure to the bottle, the tabs on the closure cause interference with the locking ring on the bottle finish. Upon closure removal, the connection bridges rupture on the tamper evident band and show that the closure has been removed.

The non- PVC liner is molded into the closure directly.

The closure is made by polypropylene from BASELL Polyolefin Company and due to its high performance; this is produced by compression molding method.

The serrated side walls make it easy for person to hold,open and close the bottle cap.

The vertical tooth on the closure parapet facilitates opening and closing the bottle cap.The protection band stays on the bottle head at the time of opening closure and this matter assures the customer that the product is healthy and safe.

 INTRODUCTION OF THE PRODUCTION MACHINERY

At present, this company has 4 CCM machines for producing carbonated beverages plastic closures from SACMI Company, Italy which is the biggest manufacturer of carbonated beverages closures machinery throughout the world and by using hydraulic rotation system, each production line can produce 1300 pieces of 28mm caps per minute which are used for PET bottles.
The PMV slitting and lining machines made by SACMI Company, Italy which is the biggest manufacturer of PET bottle closures machinery throughout the world can cut the caps and by the injection molding method put liner into the closures with the speed of 1200 pieces per minute.
The Tamp Print and Offset printing machines, made by Germany and Italy, with 3 color printing, can print on the caps with the speed of 1300pcs per minute. This job is done by rotary printing system which makes the possibility of printing different kinds of logos on the caps.


 PACKAGING PROCEDURES

  The closures are produced in the most hygienic conditions and without any human contact and packed in 2800 pcs 3 layers plastic bags and sent to the customers and end users.

 - The weight of each 2800pcs bag is 8.5 kg

- The weight of each closure is about 3gr.

- The plastic bags are especially for foodstuff materials and made by one resisting layer of craft paper or PP and one PE layer which makes the packaging being too resistant and besides of it's easiness of transportation, it will be protected from moisture and penetration of any external factor.
